Patient Referral and Reward Program
Quality of eye care and eyewear products varies dramatically from one place to another. As long as you're a patient in our practice, please know you will receive the most comprehensive, individual eye health care and the finest eyewear and contact lens products available.
We hope you will always be comfortable and confident sharing our philosophy with others. When you do, we want to express our gratitude with a program extending you substantial savings on your next prescription or non-prescription eyewear purchase.
When you invite your family and friends to "like" our Facebook page, and they schedule an eye exam, have them print out the referral card and write your name on the bottom. When they bring that in for their eye appointment, they will receive a special gift!
In addition to our Facebook referral, we will also have a similar program at our office available to anyone who purchases eyeglasses.
